APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE AND CONCRETE WITHIN A DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5889 1315t
STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Brandon and Sarah Hagstrom that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage
and utility easement on the property located at 5889 131' Street North, legally described
as follows;
Block 7, Lot 14, Adelaide Landing, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 5889 13 Pt Street North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 15th day of AugustA022.
