APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE AND CONCRETE WITHIN A DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5757 135t'
STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Jon and Michelle Domning that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage
and utility easement on the property located at 5757 135 b Street North, legally described
as follows;
Lot 1, Block 6, Adelaide Landing 5 h Condition, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 5757 135 h Street North.
