a distance of 668.62 feet to the point of beginning of a line hereinafter referred to as Line A;
thence North 89 degrees 48 minutes 31 seconds West, a distance of 1639.91 feet to the easterly
right of way line of US Highway No. 61, as shown on Washington County Right Of Way Plat No.
181 - Hardwood Creek Trail, also known as Forest Boulevard North, and said Line A there

plat thereof, said Washington County, and its southerly extension; southerly of Line B described below;
and easterly of the easterly right of way line of US Highway No. 61, as shown on Washington County Right
Of Way Plat No. 181 - Hardwood Creek Trail, also known as Forest Boulevard North.
Line A is described as commencing at the southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 17; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 56 minutes 59 seconds East,
along the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1320.21 feet to the
southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 12
minutes 56 seconds East, along the east line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a
distance of 668.62 feet to the point of beginning of a line hereinafter referred to as Line A; thence North
