NOW, THERFORE, it is ordained by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, that Chapter 91 of the City Code of the City of Hugo is hereby established providing as follows: Section 91-1. The City of Hugo is authorized to impose fees, rates or charges and the same shall be enumerated in this section or elsewhere in this Code. In the event of any conflict between this section and any other provision of the Code, this section shall control. Section 91-2. Fees established pursuant hereto are found on the attachment hereto: 1. The fee shall be doubled for after-the fact permit applications. 2. The Uniform Building Code establishes a fee schedule for grading permits. Section 91-3. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provision of this Ordinance not specifically included within that judgment. Section 91-4. Not Exclusive. This Ordinance shall not limit or preclude any other fee, rates or charges required by this Code. Section 91-5. Effective Date.
