AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO
AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF ONEKA PARKWAY AND
NORTH OF EMPRESS AVENUE NORTH
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with respect to the
approximately 24.83-acre property legally described as follows:

Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 19a`day of December, 2022.

The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 31, Range 21,
according to the United States Government Survey thereof and situate in Washington County,
