All Ayes. Motion carried. Petryk made motion, Miron seconded, to reduce the valuation for 4450 Empress Way N., Unit #3, to $400,000. All Ayes. Motion carried. Weidt made motion, Miron seconded, to reduce the valuation for 5582 135th St. N., to $610,000. All Ayes. Motion carried. Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to make no change to the valuation for 17385 Forest Boulevard N. All Ayes. Motion carried. Weidt made motion, Klein seconded, to make no changes to the valuation for 4806 and 4802 Fable Hill Circle N. All Ayes. Motion carried. Petryk made motion, Weidt seconded, to make no changed to the valuation for 4854 Europa Trail N. All Ayes. Motion carried. Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to make no change to the valuation for 9000 140th Street N. All Ayes. Motion carried.
