ENTER INTO MNDOT AGREEMENT NO. 1052505
TH 61 & 159TH STREET RECONSTRUCTION
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Hugo enter into MNDOT Agreement No. 1052505 with the State of
Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the roundabout
construction and other associated construction to be performed upon, along and adjacent to Trunk
Highway No. 61 at 159th Street North within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 8206-53.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Engineer are authorized to execute
the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
CERTIFICATION
I certify that the above Resolution is an accurate copy of the Resolution adopted by the Council of the
City of Hugo at an authorized meeting held on the 12t' day of June, 2023, as shown by the minutes of
the meeting in my possession.
