APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A SPORT COURT AND CONCRETE WITHIN A
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
16212 EMPRESS AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Benjamin and Kindra Lesnau that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a sport court within a
drainage and utility easement on the property located at 16212 Empress Avenue North,
legally described as follows;
Lot 3, Block 5, Oneka Place 4t'Addition, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 16212 Empress Avenue North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 12' day of June, 2023.
