RESOLUTION NO.2023-19 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br /> 2024—2028 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to direction by the Council,WSB, along with City Staff,have prepared a <br /> 5-year Capital Improvement Plan for 2024 through 2028 and has presented such plan to the <br /> Council for approval; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,IT BE RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Hugo, <br /> Minnesota, as follows: <br /> 1.
