APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13367 FONDANT TRAIL
NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Sara Thorstensen and Brandon Porten that
requests approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a
drainage and utility easement on the property located at 13367 Fondant Trail North,legally
described as follows;
Lot 12, Block 2, Adelaide Landing 6 h Addition,Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 13144 Geneva Avenue North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 12th day of June, 2023.
