APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6109 GOODVIEW TRAIL
COURT NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Joshua and Jamie Wiggins that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage
and utility easement on the property located at 6109 Goodview Trail Court North, legally
described as follows;
Lot 26, Block 1, Oneka Ponds, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 6109 Goodview Trail Court.
