APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13129 GENEVA AVENUE
NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Austin Hallberg and Lauren Hallberg that
requests approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a
drainage and utility easement on the property located at 13129 Geneva Avenue North,
legally described as follows;
Lot 2, Block 5,Adelaide Landing 6t'Addition,Washington County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 13129 Geneva Avenue North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 5t'day of Septemb 23.
