APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5841 130TH LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Richard and Pamela Johnstone that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage
and utility easement on the property located at 5841 130a`Lane North, legally described as
follows;
Lot 9, Block 7, Adelaide Landing,Washington County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 5841 130th Lane North.
