APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON PROPERTIES LOCATED IN ADELAIDE LANDING 6TH
ADDITION
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Adelaide Landing Master Association, a
Minnesota nonprofit.organization that requests approval of an encroachment agreement to
allow construction of a fence within a drainage and utility easement on the properties
located in Adelaide Landing 6 h Addition, legally described as follows;

WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on properties located in Adelaide Landing 6a'Addition.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 16ffi day of October 2 .
