APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW A FENCE
LOCATED WITHIN RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE EAST OF PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 12033 EVERTON AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Hunter Smith and Brayanna Smith that
requests approval of an encroachment agreement to allow a fence within right-of-way to
the east of property located at 12033 Everton Avenue North, legally described as follows;
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 22, 23, and 24, Block 7, Shadyside No. 4, Washington County,
Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 12033 Everton Avenue North.
