COUNCIL ABSENT: None
Council Members attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new Washington County
Northern Environmental Center on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. at their new
location at 20001 Forest Boulevard North. This was also attended by the Washington County
Board of Commissioner members.
