WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN EXPENSE REPORT AND COSTS TO BE ASSESSED
FOR COSTS INCURRED IN CARRYING OUT AND ENFORCING THE HAZARDOUS
BUILDING PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
14197 FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH,HUGO, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS,pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 463.22, the city council has kept an accurate account of
the expenses incurred in carrying out and enforcing the hazardous building proceeding against
the property located at 14197 Forest Boulevard North, Hugo, MN 55038.
WHEREAS,the property is legally described in Exhibit A.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUGO, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following expenses were incurred in carrying out and enforcing the hazardous
building proceeding against the property located at 14197 Forest Boulevard North, Hugo,
MN 55038 and shall be assessed against the property:
Attorne 's Fees $6,701.75
Demolition and Related Expenses $30,900.00
Other Expenses:
-Owner's and Encumbrance Report $75.00
TOTAL: $37,676.75
2. No building permits or other approvals shall be granted until the total costs are paid in
full with interest.
This Resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Hugo on this
6th day of May, 2024.
