RESOLUTION 2024-14 <br /> APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br /> EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15352 GOODVIEW AVENUE <br /> NORTH <br /> WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Susan Powell and Marylou Cunningham that <br /> requests approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a <br /> drainage and utility easement on the property located at 15352 Goodview Avenue North, <br /> legally described as follows; <br /> Lot 7, Block 1, Oneka Ponds, Washington County, Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br /> agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment <br /> agreement on property located at 15352 Goodview Avenue North. <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council this 6ffi day of May, 2024. <br /> � r <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> �r a <br /> Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
