DEAR Mr Mayor, City Council Members and Mr Bear
My name is Levi Shepherd. I am writing this email on behalf of myself,
my partner Lydia Pleau and the owners/community of the townhomes
of Waters Edge that overlook the Everton Avenue property where the
proposed solar farm is being considered.
I have written a four page letter, attached in a PDF below, that
includes MLS listing descriptions from the Townhomes of Waters
Edge since its conception back in 2005.
I have also included Drone photos and a video of the local community
of Everton Ave and Waters Edge. These photos included
photoshopped solar farm to further highlight our stance that the

proposed solar farm is not in line with the character of our
neighborhood and community.
I know it's a lot to read and many pictures to review, but the
families on Everton Ave contributed to the drone cost and we would
all greatly appreciate the letters and pictures to be reviewed in full.
Thank you for taking the time to review, and weigh our opinions of this
matter.
