RESOLUTION 2024-21 <br /> APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br /> EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5413 FERRARA AVENUE <br /> NORTH <br /> WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Gregory and Michelle Stream that requests <br /> approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage <br /> and utility easement on the property located at 5413 Ferrara Avenue North, legally <br /> described as follows; <br /> Lot 5, Block 6, Meadows at Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br /> agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment <br /> agreement on property located at 5413 Ferrara Avenue North. <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council this 20'h day of May, 2024. <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: I <br /> Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
