RESOLUTION 2024-22 <br /> APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br /> EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15873 ETHAN TRAIL <br /> NORTH <br /> WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Mary Ward that requests approval of an <br /> encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage and utility <br /> easement on the property located at 15873 Ethan Trail North, legally described as follows; <br /> Lot 4, Block 4, Prairie Village 3rd Addition, Meadows at Hugo, Washington County, <br /> Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br /> agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment <br /> agreement on property located at 15873 Ethan Trail North. <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council this 3rd day of June, 2024. <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
