APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15873 ETHAN TRAIL
NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Mary Ward that requests approval of an
encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage and utility
easement on the property located at 15873 Ethan Trail North, legally described as follows;
Lot 4, Block 4, Prairie Village 3rd Addition, Meadows at Hugo, Washington County,
Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 15873 Ethan Trail North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 3rd day of June, 2024.
