APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A CONCRETE SLAB WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5383 FERRARA
AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Dennis Palmer that requests approval of an
encroachment agreement to allow construction of a concrete slab within a drainage and
utility easement on the property located at 5383 Ferrara Avenue North, legally described
as follows;
Lot 1, Block 6, Meadows at Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 5383 Ferrara Avenue North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 17`t' day of June, 2024.
