APPROVING A COMPRHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT CHANGING
MAP 3-1, 2040 LAND USE PLAN
WHEREAS, HW1, LLC, c/o Summit Management, LLC has proposed a comprehensive
plan amendment to change the land use from Commercial (COM) to High Density
Residential (HD) on property legally described as;
OUTLOT B, Frenchman Place 2nd Addition
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo Planning Commission, at a public hearing on August 8,
2024, reviewed the proposed map amendment and recommended approval of the
application to the Metropolitan Council for the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
WHEREAS, on August 10, 2024, the City Council reviewed the Planning Commission's
recommendations, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a
Comprehensive Plan Amendment changing the land use on Map 3.1, 2040 Land Use
Map.
