A RESOLUTION
ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO ALL OR PORTIONS OF ROADWAYS IDENTIFIED
AS THE 2025 BEAVER PONDS AREA STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve all or portions of Flay Road North, Fiona Road North,
Ferrara Avenue North, 128th Street North, 129"' Street North, Fondant Trail North, Foxhill
Avenue North, 128a' Alcove North, Fondant Trail North, Foxhill Avenue North, Foxhill Circle
North, 1266' Street North, and 1276 Street North and to potentially assess the benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement, called the 2025 Beaver Ponds Area Street Improvement Project
is authorized for study and that the engineer is instructed to report to the council with all
convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments
for affected parcels.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of o on the 16'day of
September 2024,by a vote of five Ayes and no Nays.
