APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR FRANK AND JODY
PULEO AND BUSY B ENTERPRISES,LLC,FOR THE PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT 16155 FOREST BLVD NORTH AND A VACATION PARCEL TO
THE SOUTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Frank and Jody Puleo and Busy B
Enterprises, LLC, that requests approval of a property line adjustment for properties
located at 16155 Forest Blvd North and a vacant property to the south.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the property line
adjustment for Frank and Jody Puleo and Busy B Enterprises, LLC,.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 2 1"day of October, 2024.
