A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ALONG KEYSTONE AVENUE NORTH
OF COUNTY ROAD 57
WHEREAS, the existing roadway width on Keystone Avenue N is narrow and a single lane
access servicing three properties and does not provide adequate width for parking on either side
of the street; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo staff is in agreement that Keystone Avenue north of County Road
57 should be restricted from parking along the roadway due to inadequate width.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. The City of Hugo shall prohibit the parking-of motor vehicles along Keystone Avenue
North of County Road 57.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the Ci ug on the 0'day of November
2024, by a vote of five Ayes and no Nays.
