HomeMy WebLinkAbout2024.11.04 RESO 2024-50 Prop Line Adjust at 7605 128th and 12870 Henna RESOLUTION 2024-50 APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR ANDREW AND AMBER MICHELS AND NELLIS ENGEN, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 7605 128TH STREET NORTH AND 12870 HENNA AVENUE NORTH WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Andrew and Amber Michels and Nellis Engen c/o Christian Engen that requests approval of a property line adjustment for properties located at 7605 128`" Street and 12870 Henna Avenue North. WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as follows: (See Attached) WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line adjustment. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line adjustment for Andrew and Amber Michels and Nellis Engen c/o Christian Engen.
