APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 16190 EUROPA AVENUE
NORTH
WHEREAS,an application has been filed by Dauda Swaray and Lucella Kepe that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage
and utility easement on the property located at 16190 Europa Avenue North, legally
described as follows;
Lot 2, Block 1, Oneka Place 5t'Addition, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 16190 Europa Avenue North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 4U' day of November, 2024.
