APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A.DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4789 162nd WAY NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Christopher and Tina Haglund that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage
and utility easement on the property located at 4789 162nd Way North, legally described as
follows;
Lot 1, Block 6, Oneka Prairie, Washington County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 4789 162nd Way North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 7d'day of April, 2025. .
