APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6260 157th COURT NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Danielle and Marcus Haug that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage
and utility easement on the property located at 6260 157th Court North, legally described
as follows;
Lot 43, Block 2, The Shores of Oneka Lake 3'Addition, Washington County,
Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 6260 157th Court North.
