A RESOLUTION DECLARING APPROVAL OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE MUNICIPAL
STATE AID STREET SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, as a requirement to qualify for state aid funding for streets,it is necessary that the City Council
designate certain streets within the City of Hugo to create a Municipal State Aid Street system(MSAS); and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer and has approved the
modifications to the City of Hugo MSAS.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO:
1. That 159"'St N from TH61 to Goodview Ave N be added to the City of Hugo MSAS.
2. That Goodview Ave N from 1591 St N to Oneka Lake Blvd N be added to the City of Hugo MSAS.
3. That Farnham Ave N from 149t' St N to Oneka Pkwy N be revoked from the City of Hugo MSAS.
4. That the City Administrator shall provide a certified copy of the resolution to the City Engineer
for transmittal to the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation by May 1,2025.

Council members voting NAY:None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 21 pril 2025.

following Municipal State Aid Streets, or portions thereof, as requested by
resolution adopted April 21, 2025, by the HUGO City Council, is hereby approved:
REVOCATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 127
Farnham Avenue from 149th Street N to Oneka Parkway
Pursuant to Minnesota Statute, Section 162.09 (2009), the establishment, location,
designation, and numbering of the following Municipal State Aid Streets, or
portions thereof, as requested by a resolution adopted April 21, 2025, by the HUGO
City Council, is hereby approved:
DESIGNATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 128
Goodview Avenue from Oneka Lake Boulevard to 159th Street N
EXTENSION OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 121
159th Street N from Forest Boulevard (TH 61) to Goodview Avenue
