APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14225 GENEVA AVENUE
NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Andrew and Julia Giesen that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage
and utility easement on the property located at 14225 Geneva Avenue North, legally
described as follows;
Lot 4, Block 1, Diamond Point 2nd Addition, Washington County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 14225 Geneva Avenue North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd day of June, 2025.
