APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15519 GOODVIEW TRAIL
NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Gracie and Justin Chavez that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage
and utility easement on the property located at 15519 Goodview Trail North, legally
described as follows;
Lot 2, Block 1,The Shores of Oneka Lake, Washington County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 15519 Goodview Trail North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd day of June, 2025.
