APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6240 1571h STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Kathryn and Mitchell Fiega that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage
and utility easement on the property located at 6240 157d' Street North, legally described
as follows;
Lot 45, Block 2, The Shores of Oneka Lake 3rd Addition, Washington County,
Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement on property located at 6240 157d' Street North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd day of June, 2025.
