CITY OF HUGO
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT AND
APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR ONEKA FIELDS
DEVELOPMENT
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Hugo accepts a public right of way easement and to enter into
a maintenance agreement for the easement depicted and legally described as follows:
See Exhibit A
To provide for routine utility maintenance by the City through and under the land which are
defined in said Agreement.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute the
Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.

A permanent right of way easement lying over, under, and across that part of Lot 1, Block 1, ONEKA FIELDS,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence North 89 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds East,
assumed bearing, along the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 36.28 feet; thence South 00 degrees 40
minutes 40 seconds East, 201.22 feet; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 38 seconds East, 216.10 feet;
thence North 44 degrees 29 minutes 48 seconds East, 28.07 feet; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 38
seconds East, 31.74 feet; thence South 48 degrees 06 minutes 59 seconds East, 29.91 feet; thence North 89
degrees 55 minutes 38 seconds East, 80.86 feet; thence South 00 degrees 04 minutes 22 seconds East, 50.00
feet; thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes 38 seconds West, 371.12 feet; thence South 00 degrees 40 minutes
