APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR KAREN S. KISSNER
AND SEE XIONG, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 5696 170TH STREET
NORTH AND 5606 180TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS,an application has been filed by Karen S.Kissner and See Xiong that requests
approval of a property line adjustment for properties located at 5696 170d'Street North and
5606 180t''Street North
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:

WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line
adjustment for Karen S. Kissner and See Xiong.
