APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR A GOVERNMENTAL SUBDIVISION
FOR CONVEYANCE OF TAX -FORFEITED LAND FOR DRAINAGE OR
STORAGE OF STORM WATER UNDER A STORM WATER MANAGEMENT
PLAN FOR A PARCEL
WHEREAS, Washington County has notified the City of a parcel located in the City that
was forfeited to the State of Minnesota for non-payment of property tax, and;
WHEREAS, the Council considered the parcel at their February 2, 2015 meeting, and;
WHEREAS, the City requests conveyance of a parcel to the City for drainage or storage of
storm water under a storm water management plan, and the parcel is legally described as
follows:
Outlet A, Beaver Ponds South
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
application by a governmental subdivision for conveyance of tax -forfeited land for an
drainage or storage of storm water under a storm water management plan for a parcels.
ADOPTED by the City Council on February 2, 2015.
