The special meeting was called to order at 10:20 p.m. by acting Chairman Vern
Peloquin. Members present were: Peloquin, Schletty, Johnson and Leroux. Also
present was Bill Schwab, Washington County Planner.
Acting Chairman Peloquin stated that the purpose of the special meeting was to
act on a Special Use Permit requested by North Oaks Kennels, Inc.
Motion was made by Leroux, seconded by Johnson to appoint Schwab acting Sec-
retary for this special meeting. Motion carried.
NORTH OAKS KENNELS, INC. - SPECIAL USE PERMIT
Mr Schwab presented a report to the Commission members regarding the proposed
Special Use Permit. There was considerable discussion regarding the report be-
tween the members of the Planning Commission.
Motion was made by Leroux, seconded by Johnson to recommend approval of the
issuance of a Special Use Permit for North Oaks Kennels, Inc. subject to the
four (4) conditions outlined in Mr Schwab's report dated December 16, 1974.
Motion carried. A copy of the report is attached.
Motion was made by Leroux, seconded by Johnson to adjourn the meeting at
10:25 p.m. Motion carried.
