A motion as made and• seconded the Commission hold a public hear- ing on the North Eagle .Addition on March. 20th at 8:00 P.M. - Motion carriod. h An application was presented by Thomas Perzichilli for a commer- cial building located east of Highway 61 and noith of NbCullough well Drilling. The reason being,' the files are needed in .order to file ,t planning records. � � There was .a discusr lion with Richard Vail regarding his subdivision g 8 .. Evergreen -Acres #2. The subdivision was -disapproved of because. it did not meet the five-acre lot requirement its' this•�particular area of the village. Jim Leroux made a motion instructing Bill Schwab to write a letter. to Richard Vail regarding Evergreen - 2 - Hugo Planning Commission - Feb. 20th, 1973. Acres #2. This letter will advise him of thefive -acre-a cre lot re- quirement in the Comprehensive plan referring to the east side of the village. Furlong made a formal presentation of Royalhaven Estates. The Commission refused the proposal because small lots were note • .distributed properly. . Lyle Lehner discussed the future Comprehensive Plan of the village, inquiring about subdivisions and lot requirements surrounding his land. Jim Leroux made a motion the Commissiono on .record record askingthe g Village Council to declare a moratorium in reference to the issuance of building permits other than single family dwellings. Motion carried. A following motion was made by aim teroux, that the Planning Commission ask the Council to declare a moratorium in reference to building permits on lots of five acres or less until the Comprehensive Plan is adopted. An ammendment was adapted to the first moratorium adding 'until such time a zoning ordnance is adopted' . The council screened wording in the mining .and special use permit applications, changing a few words. Feb. 28th at 7:30 Pal. there will be a special ial meetingcalled.
