Dear Mr Shubat
Your application to the Village of Hugo for approval of a proposed road you would
like to construct in the northeast quarter of Sec 22, T30, R23 of the Village of
Hugo has been referred to me. I have reviewed this application in light of existing
village ordinances and find that under the provisions of the Village of Hugo Sub-
divison Ordinance it will be necessary for you to comply with subdivision procedures
in order to have a proposed street accepted as a village street.
would suggest that you refile your application in accordance with the procedures
that are set forth in the Village of Hugo Subdivision Ordinance, copies of which
are available .either at the Village Hall or at my office in the Washington County
Office Building. The ordinance clearly sets forth the procedures you must follow
and covers the engineering standards for the construction of village streets.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any assistance in helping you with the
design of a plan for your property, please do not hesitate to contact me.
