Mouths of Special Meeting - Hugo Planning Commssion
Wednesday, March Ilt, 1973
Meeting was called to order by chairman Graham Anderson at 7:20 P.M.
Members present, Anderson, Spitzer, Johnson, Paulson, Kuntz.
Larry Ehret arrived at 7:30 P.M. and Jim Leroux arrived at 7:50 P.M.
The purpose of the meeting was to review Evergreen Hills #2 and make
recommendations to the village council.
Motion was made by Dan Spitzer that due to noncompliance with subdivision
regulations specifically those covered by items 1, 2, It and 5 and other
items not specifically stated; the Planning Commission recommends the
Village Council deny the subdivision Evergreen Hills #2. Motion x4a
seconded by Harley Johnson. Motion carried. A following motion was
made by Har1ey Johnson that due to no evidence of compliance with
pereulatisA testa the commission also deny Evergreen Hills #2.
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Larry Ehret the Planning Commission hold a special
meeting on check lists for subdivision plat, mining and special use
permits on Mar 27th at 7:30 P.M. at the town hall. Motion carried.
Dan Spitzer made a motion that the previous motions concerning Evergreen
Hills #2 be directed to the Village Council immediately.
It was moved and seconded the meeting adorn at 7:55 P.M. Motion carried.
