The reason the following motion failed Harley Johnson felt to many details and subdivision requirements were left unanswered. Larry Ehret reconsidered and opposed his motion. e 3 Motion was made by Karry Ehret the commission go on record recommending the Village Council to amend Subdivision Ordinance 302.04 to read the effective filing date be when all required information is filed with the village clerk. Seconded by Harley Johnson. Motion carried. !,;; ' The commission reviewed the County Model Planning Cods and stopped at section 405. Motion was made by acting chairman Craig Paulson to adorn.
