c• � a <br /> VIIIRGE Of HMO <br /> HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA 55038 <br /> Minutes of Special Meeting <br /> April 5, 1973 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8:00 PM by Vice Chariman Dan Spitzer. <br /> Members present were Iiarley Johnson, Craig Paulson, Ed Kuntz and <br /> Dan Spitzer. Members absent were Anderacn,axd Leroux. IreAe Leroux <br /> was also present. Lary Ehret arrived at 8:15 PM. <br /> Dan Spitzer stated the purpose of the meeting was to set a new date of <br /> public hearing on the Comprehensive Plan. Harley Johnson made a motion <br /> the commission set a new date of public hearing on April 25, 1973, 8:00 RI <br /> at the Hugo School. Motion seconded by Craig Paulson. Motion carried. <br /> It was noted by Dan Spitzer the Village Council has directed the Planning <br /> Commission to write an official letter stating the date which the Commission `' <br /> has set for public hearing of the Comprehensive and the state atatuate <br /> number. <br /> The Commission received a. letter from the Village Council regarding <br /> Norman Horton's Auto Dismantling Yard. The letter stated they have <br /> asked Bill Schwab to make recommendations to the Commission before <br /> April 17th. The council would like the commissions recommendations <br /> on this matter before May lat. <br /> Vern Peloquin mads a formal presentation of his future proposed <br /> subdivision. He informed the commission of his intentions and the <br /> nature of the subdivision. <br /> Fred Riermann made a formal presentation of his proposed commercial <br /> building located east of NiKhxay 61 in Vern Peleqiii.a!a future subdivision. <br /> Motionmade by Craig Paulson the commercial pole building presented by <br /> Fred Riermann be recommended for approval to the Village Council under <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. Provide a metal interior facing on external walls in the shop <br /> area to a height of loft. <br /> 2. Maxium number of employees restricted to 10. <br /> 3. Roof shall have an overhang of at least 18" on the long <br /> dimension and at least 6" on the ends. <br /> lt. Subject to adequate drainage requirements tc the satisfaction <br /> of the village engineer. <br /> 5. Use restricted to metal fabrication operation. <br />
