Dear Sirs :
On the advice of your Planning Ionrd I Nn hereby request-
ing a variance of Ordinance 62, Secs . 12C & 121), to permit
lot described by meets and bounds to be sudivided and
sold . As this certai part of the plot is in, nature already
a lot and is adjacent to building lots, I do rot believe the
issuance of this variance will alter the intent of your Or-
dinance .
This lot in no would be used ir the developmert of the
remaining portion of the plot nnd does not dery access of
