Hugo, Minnesota <br /> May 24 , 1971 <br /> Village Council <br /> Village of Hugo <br /> Hugo, Minnesota <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> Pursuant to Section 5.02 of the Zoning Ordinance the <br /> Village Planning Commission held a public hearing on the <br /> petition to re-zone the Michael Doherty property. This <br /> hearing was held in the village hall on Tuesday evening, <br /> May 18, 1971. <br /> At the direction of the Commission I am advising you <br /> *of the action taken on this matter. The Commission decided <br /> to transmit the petition to the Village Council with the <br /> recommendation that it be denied. The matter is herewith <br /> remanded to your consideration. <br /> The Council should also be aware that a special use <br /> permit request is being held in abeyance by the Commission <br /> pending final disposition of this re-zoning matter.
