MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> SPECIAL MEETING JULY 12, 1973 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8: 30 PM by Chairman Dan Spitzer <br /> for the purpose of considering a special use permit for Advanced <br /> Fiberglass. <br /> Members present were: Spitzer, Johnson, Ehret, Kuntz, Rosenquist, <br /> Irene Leroux. Jim Leroux arrived at 8:55 PM. Council members Carlson, <br /> Bjorum, Leroux present. Also Attorney Johnson. <br /> Motion made by Larry Ehret, seconded by Ed Kuntz that planning commis— <br /> sion recommend a special use permit for Advanced Fiberglass be granted <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Proposed buildings be relocated to provide a 40 foot minimum set— <br /> back from right of way of 1 0th St. <br /> 2. The parking area as shown on map be vacated when Farnham Avenue <br /> is constructed and further that adequate off street parking for <br /> employees and material transportation vehicles be provided. <br /> 3. Proposed elevations with regard to street levels be submitted to <br /> and approved by village engineer. <br /> 4. The design perimeters for proposed warehouse be submitted to and <br /> approved by village engineer. <br /> 5. Advanced Fiberglass submit proof of ownership of property to the <br /> village council. <br /> 6. Number of employees (42) presently engaged by the firm shall not <br /> be increased until public sanitary sewer is available or until <br /> proof of adequate private installation is furnished to the council. <br /> Members for: Spitzer, Johnson, Ehret, Kuntz, Leroux, Rosenquist. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Motion made by Ehret and seconded to adjourn at 9:10 PM. Motion carried. <br /> Irene Leroux <br /> Secretary Pro Tem <br />
