MY MEOWS SUBDIVISION Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Paulson, for minor subdivision of Mary )(iron's property, (Request for permission to sell 7.7 acres out of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 31 north, Range 21 west, Washington County, Minnesota, legally described as follows: The East 255.75 feet of the west 585.75 feet of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 31 north, Range 21 west, Washington County, Minnesota, containing 7.7 acres, more or less, and excepting the 50 ft. strip of land running in a generally northeast and south- west direction across said SW * - NE of Section 9, owned by North- ern States Power Company for transmission line purposes. The above tract is subject to County State Aid Highway No. 4 along the south line, also subject to other easements and reservations of record) ; be approved subject to a $50.00 park land assessment. DONALD BRANDANGER'S DOG LEM% Request for a "Special Use Permit" to operate a kennel for dogs - requested by Donald Brandanger, 8478 147th Street North, Hugo, Minnesota. • Motion made byEhret, seconded by Paulson, that the Planning Com- mission. recommend "Special Use Permit" be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. Thero osed kennel and dogruns be constructed as shown on p P the submitted sketch and that the building conform in::stru c- 0 tural design with adjacent garage. 2. The number of dogs permitted will not exceed those that may reasonably be housed in the proposed kennel area. No dogs shall be housed outside the proposed subject kennel. 3. GRACE DEVELOPMENT Motion made b Kuntz, seconded by Ehret, to suspend the rules of the "bylaws" to hear from Grace Development and two repre- sentatives epre- sentatives of Wo rkeas a Manufacturing Company. Motion carried. Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Kuntz, that the report be re- submitted to Village Council as submitted, plus item (6) , that a metal interior facing on the exterior walls in the welding area of 41tinm foot shall be provided. * Members for: Spitzer, Kuntz, Ehret, and Paulson, Motion carried. HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION Motion made by Spitzer for a special meeting of the Planning .w Commission for September 11, 1973, at 8:30 P.M. to be held to consider such general business that might come before the Com- mission.
