Members present were: Spitzer, Johnson, Kuntz, Ehret, p :3 arrived at :20 p.m. Council Paulson and Rosenquist. � .roux rri � Member, Irene Leroux; and Bill Schwab, Village Planning Consul- tant, onsul-tant, were also present. Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Rosenquist, to approve minutes of August 21st meeting. Motion carried. BJORUM • Motion made by Paulson, seconded by Ehret, to table B j o rum re- quest until the next regular meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Paulson, that the Planning Commission request from the Village Attorney a written opinion as to the disposition of requests before us at this time before the new zoning ordinance is adopted. We are also concerned about those cases in which owners intend to subdivide properties into lots smaller than the minimum size before the minimum size has been established. Members for: Spitzer, Johnson, Kuntz, Ehret, Paulson and Rosen- quiet. Motion carried unanimously. Motion made by Johnson, seconded by Rosenquist, that the Planning Commission request the Village Council submit the proposed zoning ordinance to the Planning Commission for their review and recommen- dations following the public hearing. The Planning Commission should be granted a period not to exceed thirty days to submit its recom- mendations to the council prior to its action. Motion made by Johnson, s_conded by Ehret, for the sight for the Planning Commission t held at the Village Hall instead of the Town Hall starting with the next meeting and all meetings thereafter. Motion carried ur.animou .= l y. Motion made by Leroux, seconded by Rosenquist, that the Planning Commission request the Planning Cordinator to prepare copies of all outstanding plats in the village for use by the :Tanning Com- mission. Motion carried unanimously. We, the Planning Commission, recommend that the Village Council authorize the Planning Cordinator to provide complete base map or maps of the village at a scale of 1" to 4001 . Leroux moved, Rosenquist seconded, to adjourn at 10:05 p.m. Motion carried.
