ie MINUTES OP PROCEEDINGS OF HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
NOVEMBER 28, 1973
The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. by Chairman Dan
Spitzer. Members present were: Spitzer, Ehret, Paulson and
Rosenquist. Irene Leroux, Council Member, and Bill Schwab,
Village Planning Consultant were also present.
Spitzer read the minutes of November 13, 1973 meeting.
Motion made by Ehret, seconded byRosenquist to a

WHITE BEAR ROD AND GUNS
CLUB
Spitzer read the application for a Special Use Permit.
Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Rosenquist, that the
application for a Special Use Permit by the White Bear Rod
and Gunu b be raised iced from the table. Motion carried.
Bob Rosenquist contacted the PCA and obtained the following
information from Mr. Al Perez (Phone No. 636-5740) : Residen-
tial area - noise shall not exceed 60-65 Db for more than 10-15%
of elapse time during daytime hours (6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. ) .

Bill Schwab saidshould make application pp ion to the Rice Creek
Water Shed.
Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Paulson, to table the matter
of the White Bear Rod and Gun Club Special Use Permit Applica-
tion until adequatenoise data and appropriate security plane
can be furnished.
Members for: Spitzer, Rosenquist, Ehret and Paulson. Motion
carried unanimously.

Mr. Wenzel did not appear. A Mr. Ed Kapas, Mr. Wenzel 's Realtor,
was present and stated that he would . not be able to sell Mr.
Wenzel' s land if the proposed 20 acre zoning went through. Mr.
Kapas was toll he could present his objections at the next
Public Hearing.

Correspondence -
A letter submitted to the Planning Commission from the law
offices of Okerman and Susee representing three land owners
in the Hugo area objecting to the 20 acres.
A copy of the deed for Lot 20 in Royalhaven Estates to
satisfy park land requirements for their subdivision was
submitted for our files.
Motion made by Rosenquist to adjourn meeting a t 9:05. Motion
carried.
